If anything good came out of the pandemic, Sam's Square Pie is definitely on that list. Started by Jeff Miner as a pandemic hobby, he orignally shared his home baked Detroit-style pizzas to friends and neighbors. The pizzas were hugely popular and after lock down he started doing pop-ups. Those in the know followed Jeff on Instagram and bought pizzas whenever he could find the time to make them. Jeff is now leaving his rented space at Indy's Kitchen and opening his own pizza parlor in January 2024 at 2829 East 10th street on the near east side of Indianapolis. Under the culinary wizardry of Chef Jonathan Brooks, local Indianapolis restaurant Milktooth became nationally recognized for its creative breakfast and lunch fare. Recently, Chef Brooks handed the kitchen over to Chef Esteban Rosas and Chef Gabriel Sañudo, both well known in the Indianapolis restaurant scene. Rosas and Sañudo have maintained and expanded on Brooks' vision adding their own unique influences to the creative menu.
